Estate Administration

When it comes to the administration of a trust, I have checklists and instructions for the trustees.  I do only what is required to be done by a lawyer.  I can help meet with trustees and family, establish a plan for the estate administration, draft needed documents, on going counseling, legal filings and petitions.
